Resetting Password
If you find that when you try to reset your password that your stuck in a loop, try these things:
- If you’re a new customer or this site look familar and you’re returning
- On the log in screen, click “Forgot Password”
- Fill in the user name that you use and then click reset password
- Next, it’s always a good idea to clear your browser’s cache and close the tab before doing anything with the email that we will send you
- To clear Microsoft Edge’s browsers cache, do the following (other browsers have very similar steps so you can try to follow along here too)
- In the upper right corner click on the “three dots” menu
- Select Settings
- Select “Privacy, search and services”
- Under “Clear browsing data” click “Choose what to clear”
- Make sure to check every box, except “Password” and Autofill form data (if you want the browser to remember your forms)
- Select at the top of the dialog “All Time” and click “Clear Now”
- Close your browser and reopen it
- Now from your email, click on the link that Salesforce sent to you and enter your new password
- Click “login” or “submit” and your good to go!
- If your a returning customer, but this site looks new to you or the steps above did not help you then let’s try something else
- Youre account may already exist, but either the user name has changed or some detail was misplaced along the way to bring that account over to you
