Resetting Password

If you find that when you try to reset your password that your stuck in a loop, try these things:

  1. If you’re a new customer or this site look familar and you’re returning
  2. On the log in screen, click “Forgot Password”
  3. Fill in the user name that you use and then click reset password
  4. Next, it’s always a good idea to clear your browser’s cache and close the tab before doing anything with the email that we will send you
  5. To clear Microsoft Edge’s browsers cache, do the following (other browsers have very similar steps so you can try to follow along here too)
  6. In the upper right corner click on the “three dots” menu
  7. Select Settings
  8. Select “Privacy, search and services”
  9. Under “Clear browsing data” click “Choose what to clear”
  10. Make sure to check every box, except “Password” and Autofill form data (if you want the browser to remember your forms)
  11. Select at the top of the dialog “All Time” and click “Clear Now”
  12. Close your browser and reopen it
  13. Now from your email, click on the link that Salesforce sent to you and enter your new password
  14. Click “login” or “submit” and your good to go!
  15. If your a returning customer, but this site looks new to you or the steps above did not help you then let’s try something else
  16. Youre account may already exist, but either the user name has changed or some detail was misplaced along the way to bring that account over to you
